Pakelo Bearing I 3 Grease NLGI 3 is specifically recommended for the lubrication of wheel bearing hubs of heavy duty vehicles, earth moving machines, buses and cars. Thanks to its characteristics the product can be also recommended for standard and heavy loaded bearings typical of steel, processing, mining industry, etc. Pakelo Bearing I 3 Grease NLGI 3 therefore allows a reduction of grease leakages due to low sealing properties or due to peripheral high speed value.
Stringy grease thickened with a lithium soap. It possesses high EP, anti-wear, anti-corrosion properties, good water repellency and mechanical resistance. Recommended for the lubrication of wheel bearing hubs of trucks and cars.
Pakelo Bearing I 3 Grease NLGI 3 is a brown-coloured stringy grease, thickened with a lithium soap. It is formulated with highly solvent refined mineral base oils and special Extreme Pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidative, anti-rust and anti-corrosion additives.
Pakelo Bearing I 3 Grease NLGI 3 shows the following properties:
- excellent stability even under high mechanical stress which allows the use of the product in loaded bearings;
- excellent lubricating properties, natural adhesiveness to metallic surfaces and good EP performances;
- high shear stability that allows long drain intervals even under extreme working conditions;
- excellent protection against rust and corrosion;
- excellent water repellency properties;
- high chemical stability which enables the use of the product even when contaminated with high percentages of humidity or water;
- good resistance to high working temperatures.
